Back to classes

In class, this session, we are working on different things.  Some showed an interest in doing an assemblage and so this was our third week working on those.  I suggested winter themes and for mine, it's turning into either "Flurries" or "Winter Lullaby"...

There is still some unknown something that I want to put inside but couldn't wait and showered a bit of a snowfall on it this morning...

inside too.  Well, snow blows that way, doesn't it?

Others are working on collage...

Sandy has a lovely winter landscape happening here...

Teri is enjoying her assemblage with her memories from a trip spent on the North Sea.

Lora Lee is creating a lovely partnership with skies of winter blue and browns and tans of the landscape.

Nancy has a wonderful landscape happening here with thoughts of a trip in the West.

Judy is gathering papers for a collage with walnut ink design paper she made in calligraphy class, some birch bark and appropriate verse...

and she's also making a little assemblage in honor of her grandmother's love of pink.

Bernie, having just returned from traveling in a warm climate, is continuing to dream about that.

And Denise is thinking Diva" with pieces she has found,

Hi April,
Many inspiring projects and beautiful artwork! :) Thanks for sharing. Been busy here with helping watch some of the grandchildren. Trying to get caught up enough to load some current photos for a blog post. Hopefully soon?! :)
Happy weekend to you!
hugs, Gloria

I do love your Winter theme on your birdhouse! The little tin assemblage is very cute too! :)
