Frost Moon or Full Beaver Moon

I didn't see it Thursday night, but early Friday morning, there it was peeking through the trees.

The Full Beaver Moon.  For both the colonists and the Algonquin tribes, this was the time to set beaver traps before the swamps froze, to ensure a supply of warm winter furs.  This full Moon was also called the Frost Moon.

and then, looking out to the East...a new day begins.

I thought of you as I saw the moon last night. Now what would April call this moon, it was so bright. Thanks for the info.
