A paper doll morning. I got all the princesses and their clothes out of the book, and then Danielle and I made a couple of other dresses from magazine pages and white paper that Danielle stamped designs on. That was fun! Then she went on to playing animals and chicks&bunnies and I continued to make clothes for the paper dolls! What can I say?Monday, April 13, 2009
Paper dolls!
A paper doll morning. I got all the princesses and their clothes out of the book, and then Danielle and I made a couple of other dresses from magazine pages and white paper that Danielle stamped designs on. That was fun! Then she went on to playing animals and chicks&bunnies and I continued to make clothes for the paper dolls! What can I say?

These dolls make me feel six, seven-years-old again... they're beautiful and seem to be a lot of fun to make! It must've been a blast, April. I've been meaning for a while to put my collection of catalogs to work with a lot of pretty, pretty faces to alter... maybe a wrinkle or two... just an extreme 'beauty' make-over. Truly, your dolls are delightful!

Oh, what a great idea to use magazine pages to make more clothes! I will definitely steal this idea for my granddaughter and me. And yes, I'll be doing the same thing as you--continuing to make clothes as she goes on to something else.
